About the role
You'll be building and maintaining key processes across the organization, creating the foundation of our 'Standard Operating Procedures'—creating effective structures for growth
Constantly identifying ways to streamline operations, implement best practices that drive efficiency
You'll be overseeing and ensuring data integrity across various platforms, including CRM systems and Hiring Tools
You'll be a core part of culture building, working with C-Suite to coordinate and manage our global offsites
You'll be creating the first and last touches of our employee experience—thinking through how we onboard and offboard employees
You'll work closely with go-to-market on implementing our sales & marketing strategies at conferences
You'll track and analyze data to optimize both operational and marketing processes and strategies
You'll work closely with finance to implement and oversee expense and billing management
You'll be tackling high-impact ad hoc projects touching various company functions—helping to manage our New York office to supporting on maintaining compliance policies & legal requirements
About you
You're based in New York and excited to work in a "default in-person" environment
You thrive in high-pressure environments and have enthusiasm for digging deep to solve problems
You have excellent organizational and project management skills and get a kick out of breaking down problems into smaller pieces
You're the type of person who sees how something works and already thinks about how to reduce the number of steps, simplify it, and roll it out
You're a systems thinker; you understand how various components interact to produce a desired outcome and think about the second/third-order effects
You care about details and tend to overcommunicate
You like to own execution and the outcome
You're metrics-driven and think about how you can measure ROI
You like trying and testing new tools to see if they can solve problems better

Role Fit Interview (45 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.
Take Home & Competency Deep Dive (1 hour) This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Anterior. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.
Culture Interview (45 mins): A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values.
