Our Team
Anterior imagines, creates, and deploys 'previously impossible' software into complex healthcare organizations. For Anterior, the 'Frontier' is where our platform meets the real world and drives highly impactful outcomes for our customers. Our Frontier Strategists are the owners of this process – they transform complex customer goals into a clear shared vision of the future, then relentlessly execute towards it together with our world-class engineering team.
About the Role
You'll own the success of deploying our platform into a customer's organization, driving timelines, setting expectations, and managing stakeholders
You'll assemble the right Frontier team for the job, joining forces with clinicians, Software Engineers, Designers, Product Managers, and GTM to form a well-oiled machine
You'll work together with your Frontier team to iterate and define new products and capabilities
You'll drive the execution of Frontier teams, foreseeing and tirelessly resolving their blockers and minimizing distractions
You'll become deeply familiar with customers' strategy and goals to ensure that Anterior's proposed solutions are in lockstep
You'll go onsite to analyze end-users' workflows, asking the right questions and building deep user empathy and domain expertise
You'll identify the opportunities and the gaps, strategize on how to bridge them, and devise new solutions to fold back into Anterior's core platform once validated in the field
You'll become an expert on the healthcare tech landscape, clinicians' workflows, and upcoming regulation
About You
You are an adept manager of stakeholders, can navigate complex organizations, and speak the language of the customer
You can hold your own as well with technical team members as you do with designers and sales
You're comfortable pitching a vision to C-suite and training clinicians on the ground
You're a fantastic storyteller and visual communicator
You have great product sense and can transform ambiguous requirements into elegant solutions
You're a prolific executor
You can operate in the minutiae and the abstract and never accept things at face value
You're a short-term skeptic but a long-term optimist
You are low-ego and view the customer's success as your own
You may not have experience in healthcare tech but are excited to become an expert
You're empathetic and curious – you love learning about customers and their problems
